Howdy y’all! I’m Alisha Light (she/her).
Who you spend your wedding day with is arguably more important than their photography skills. You need someone you feel comfortable around that can give you space to relax and live authentically. I have over a decade of experience under my belt, a love for mountains and shapeshifting light. I truly believe that everyone has something beautiful they can teach one another, and it brings me so much joy to capture timeless moments you can look back on forever.

Inclusivity Promise
I want to do my part in stopping exclusion in the wedding and media industry. Too often are marginalized people not seeing themselves represented, especially in the wedding industry.
Skin color, sexuality, age, ability, and body size are some of the commonly misrepresented folx in the wedding world. Despite proper lack of representation, marginalized people are every bit just as deserving of celebration and marriage. I will continue to keep my ears open on the best way to serve these communities. Your pronouns are respected here, and have created my workflow to exclude gendered assumptions like “bride and groom”. Your size does not and will not affect my ability to pose you fabulously. You and your partner’s difference in skin tones is not difficult for me to light.

First off, you aren’t alone. So many of us feel this way! Don’t fret though, I got you! I will vibe off your energy, and utilize conversation, prompts, encouragement and activity to get you out of your head and get us creating a memorable experience-not just good photos.

I’m so excited to get you the photos from your session! For weddings, elopements and engagements you will receive previews within three days! Your final gallery will be delivered between 3-6 weeks depending on coverage.
All portrait sessions are delivered within three weeks.

Yes, please!! Once you book with me I will send you a wedding prep guide with sample timelines to give you ideas of structure. While I’m always available for contact and help via email, 8 weeks out from your wedding we will have a chat where we perfect your timeline and ensure all your priorities are recognized.
